  1. Allowing ourselves thoughtful, intentional rebellion and refusal against systems that want us to die unfulfilled.
  2. Finding ceremony in our moment to moment human experience and the experiments within it. +
  3. Not resenting our capacity. ++
  4. Writing our own gospel based on wisdom from our lived experience.
  5. Choosing god (as in, deciding for ourselves what god is).
  6. Creating the worlds we want to live in by allowing them to exist in our bodies, words, thoughts, actions.
  7. Speaking honestly about our human experience as a way of resisting division and sterilization.
  8. Using awe, curiosity, and a researcher’s spirit as tools for navigating the human experience.
  9. Shirking perfection — seeking acceptance, understanding and intentional, values-based movement instead.
  10. Holding our complexity with care and thoughtfulness.
  11. Allowing ourselves to be recognized, appreciated, and celebrated for who we are. Celebrating the unique humanity of those we connect with.
  12. Using art and creative practice as a support mechanism for our living.
  13. Allowing ourselves to change life, and be changed by life, unapologetically.
